Manchester GP surgeries are there for you
at evenings and weekends
The practice, working in collaboration with Manchester Extended Access, is pleased to offer access to GP, nurse and HCA appointments during the evenings and at the weekends.
To book appointments simply ask the receptionist who will arrange an appointment at a time and location that suits you best. This may not be at your usual practice, but the GP or Health Care Professional who sees you will have access to your medical record and can issue prescriptions if required and deal with other matters appropriately should the need arise.

We would like to introduce a service called Patient Access which is now available.
This will let you book and cancel appointments, request repeat medication and view your medical summary and immunisation record using the internet. This will replace the current process for prescription requests.
All you need is access to the internet and an email account.
You will need to submit an application registration form to access this service. Once complete, you will be given information that will enable you to create your username and password. As soon as your account has been created and activated you will be able to book and cancel appointments and request repeat medication as required.
If you are interested in this service, please complete an application form attached which is also available from reception and return it to the practice with proof of ID (Photographic) & address (utility bill etc).
Do you need to re-order your medication? Visit our prescriptions page and complete the online form. Find out more
